About the project
Our Manly project is currently underway on South Steyne — Manly's most exposed beachfront retail position. The works include precision-poured structural slabs designed to provide both strength and architectural quality.
Designed by Durbach Block Jaggers, developed by Fortis and built by Alliance Living, "White Water" delivers three levels of luxury beachfront office space above an activated ground-floor retail precinct.
